In honor of Valentines Day and Love in general, you are invited to come fill your own cup - one of the most generous things you can do, not only for yourself, but for those you love and the world around you. Whether you're already committed to your own self-care, a recovering perfectionist, a resistant skeptic, untrusting of self-love, or just someone who doesn't take the time for your own self-care, this 3-hour deep dive into the experience of mindful self-compassion is for you.
Together, we’ll deepen our understanding of self-compassion, create an antidote to the negative self-talk that gets in the way and indulge in self-massage, gentle movement and guided meditation. You will leave with a sense of renewal along with an individualized practice of your own and a plan to put it into action.
Please come as you are - rested, nourished and dressed comfortably in loose clothing.
