From Catholic contemplatives and Buddhist Monks to Artists, Authors,  Psychologists and Neuroscientists, there is overwhelming agreement that that   where we place our attention and how matters. How can the simple practice of returning your attention to the present moment be so incredibly powerful and why is it so challenging?

Over 3 weeks, we’ll explore how this ancient and newly popular practice can help manage stress and anxiety.  

Please come as you are - rested, nourished and dressed comfortably in loose clothing.
